Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play/sharp objects to be near the set up.

Party Balloons Hamilton is not responsible for the balloons once they are in your possession. We will not replace any balloons that have popped or become damaged for free, nor will a credit/refund be given.

Balloons are hazardous to children. Please do not leave children unsupervised around any set up

It is the clients respondsibility to declare latex allergies before booking- Party Balloons Hamilton will not be responsible once the payment has been made.

Do not put balloons near direct sunlight unless this has been discuessed with your balloon artist.

Booking Fee is non-refundable however, it is transferable subject to availability.

ANY damage/lost/stolen prop(s) will be invoiced to the client.

Client is aware that by paying 50% non-refundable booking fee they are agreeing to your terms and conditions. (May-September 100% deposit is required)

Client is aware that the non-refundable deposits on orders are used for materials and are not refundable in the event you cancel your event. It is however, transferable.

Client is aware that Party Balloons Hamilton accepts cash or e-transfers ONLY. You can e-transfer your 50% deposit fee following the completion of this form at partyballoonshamilton@hotmail.com

Final payent is due the day of the event. There will be a late payment fee of $25 if it is late.

There is a delivery fee on all orders of $20 (Hamilton Only)

Local Pick up is also available at NO charge
